In addition to secure storage within our primary infrastructure, ON also stores certain data on HubSpot for customer relationship management purposes and utilizes Google Analytics to analyze user interactions and improve our services. Both platforms adhere to stringent security measures and compliance standards to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of your data. Data stored on HubSpot and Google Analytics is also retained within the United States.

SUB-PROCESSORS

ON may engage third-party service providers to support the delivery and enhancement of its services, which may involve sharing specific data with these companies. ON ensures that all third-party vendors comply with strict security and privacy policies to protect user data.

When a new third-party service provider is introduced, ON will notify users of the change. Currently, ON works with the following sub-processors:

AWS (Amazon Web Services): ON utilizes AWS's cloud infrastructure for compute and storage services, ensuring scalable and secure data management.

HubSpot: Used for customer relationship management (CRM), enabling efficient communication and service improvements. Data stored on HubSpot is retained within the United States.

Google Analytics: Utilized to analyze website and platform usage, helping us enhance user experience and optimize performance. Data stored on Google Analytics is also retained within the United States.
