1. At time of reservation, we:
- Confirm the hotel has correct reservation details: names, dates, room types
- Check on ongoing and upcoming renovations
- Inquire about resort fees to be paid on-site
- Check all details on voucher: name, address, contact information, dates, confirmation number, etc.

2. One week prior to check-in, we:
- Re-check all reservation details
- Confirm payments with the hotel
- Ask the hotel to suppress net rates and keep confidential
- Work with the hotel to track incidentals on a separate folio

3. On the day before check-in, we:
- Repeat all procedures from Step #2 one day prior to guest check-in

4. On the day of check-out, we:
- Retrieve positive (and negative) feedback from the hotel
